We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your treatment time, so you can enjoy our facilities calmly before starting. Out of respect for other guests, the session time can't be extended: if you arrive late, the treatment will be shortened accordingly and charged in full.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the treatment's value.

If you don't show up to your appointment without prior notice, the booking will be cancelled and charged in full.

To preserve our relaxing atmosphere, phone calls are not allowed inside the facilities (except in an emergency), and photos or recordings of the space, other guests or our staff require prior authorisation. All our services are strictly professional; any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate suspension of the session, charged in full.

Our pool is purely decorative, so swimming isn't allowed. You're welcome to use the outdoor showers to freshen up after your treatment. If your massage uses therapeutic oils, we recommend waiting at least 12 hours before showering, so they can work properly on your skin.

Yes. Massages or treatments for children under 6 are not permitted, and treatments that include a bathtub are reserved for guests over 14. Some services may also require adult authorisation; if you're booking for a child or teenager, please check with our team first.
